I Love Nutritional Science: Dr. Joel Fuhrman
In this short video at TEDxCharlottesville 2013, Dr. Fuhrman describes the Nutritarian way of eating, why it’s important, and how he became interested in nutritional science. He also explains that heart disease can not only be prevented but REVERSED. Same thing with diabetes. And cancer can be prevented. Being a Nutritarian is not just about weight loss… that’s the side benefit. The most important part of eating well is gaining, regaining, improving and sustaining excellent health and attaining disease-free longevity.
