Thanksgiving here in the U.S. is traditionally the day when people overeat… on all the wrong things. High fat, animal-based proteins, sugary desserts and too much alcohol—all of which will steal your health and happiness in the long run. Holidays ultimately mean family, food and traditions of hearth and home. Well, I think it’s time to create some new traditions on the table!
